Diet. A word described by the dictionary as the usual substance we take in as part of out daily food regime. A dieter, the noun describing someone who diets. How specific. But thats not the point today really, is it?
The point is, why do us people diet? Is it because we see the super thin models on tv? Is it because we feel that we need to be thin in order to be pretty or attractive? God only knows really. But then I wonder, if I don't know the real reason behind dieting, can I really be successful? God I hope so.
So here I am.Blogging. Hoping to God this helps me stickto my new diet, which I plan on starting in a week or so -probably two. And only that long since I have to have my wisdom teeth pulled, and well, its difficult to diet on good food when you're on a liquid diet. Although its a nice way to start shrinking your stomach.
So...I'm aiming to lose 25lbs. Lets face it, any self respecting woman certainly knows every pound you put on when you're my height (5'2) looks like a hundred. I currently, for everyones knowledge weigh 172lbs at last check. In two weeks, I'll be starting a diet and exercise regime based on soup, vegetable and protein and very little bread. Hopefully it works.
My hope is running out, I've been trying to lose the 20lbs I put on when my doctors put me on Tricyclin for 6 years. Nothing seems to work.
